Our company
PrepressIn addition to the traditional mounting and plate copying, the most up-to-date platemaking method applied nowadays (Computer to Plate) is used on a Heidelberg ProSetter F 102.
This technology means that following the receipt of the digitalised data base (PDF, FTP, CD etc) a digital mounting, then colour imposition proof and if required, a colourfast digital proof will be made. Imprimation is followed directly by plate lightening, omitting the step of film-making, without loss of point area.
Mounting of the digital data base and the laser printing platemaking will result in a perfect adjustment and quality.
Sheetfed machine hallIn our sheetfed machine hall cover printing of our rotary products is carried out and attachments from high quality paper, tracing paper are produced. In addition, periodicals of small circulation number, calendars and "B" format publications are printed.
Production of this product group is carried out on a Heidelberg Speedmaster (SM-74-5+LX) offset press, format B/2. Its tempered inking presses, varnishing presses, infradryer and a CIP-3 interface connection fitting to the CTP system, guarantee the quickest adjustment, printing and high quality.
According to the demand of our customers, there is a possibility to apply mat or gloss varnish, direct colour printing or to manufacture odorous pages.
Rotary machine hallA significant part of our production is carried out on three Heat-set rotary presses (Rotoman 30, 35, 40) that can produce excellent quality printing of 4+4 and 5+5 colours, in a format of A/4, size of 4, 8, 12, 16 and 32 pages, already from 5000 copies.
The publications in A/4 format in 8, 12, 16 pages may be produced by saddle gluing.
Depending on the reel width and setting of folding units there is a possibility to produce products also in individual e.g. square format. Paper receiving ability of our machines in terms of calendered or surface treated papers (SC, LWC, MWC, art printing) ranges from 39 gsm through 135 gsm.
FinishingThe pieces of equipment used in finishing are determined mainly by the already established product-mix and the parameters of the printing presses.
A significant part of our publications is stitched and glued produced on four gather-stickers and on two hot-melt gluer-binders. For the converting of the material received from the sheetfed machine hall there are pocket and combined folding machines, cutting machines with straight knife and three knives available. In addition to traditional binding solutions we undertake to perform other services corresponding to the requirements of today's magazine printing. Such services are e.g. the altar folding, production of stitched publications in perforated finish with omega-clamp. If required we can draw in attachments (CD-s, three-dimensional objects, odour sample etc.) and pack into bags, shrink foil. In order to protect the finished products we apply edge protectors, cover plates on the pallets which are then foil-wrapped and banded.
